Residents who would prefer to have their monthly Levy Statements and monthly
Newsletters e-mailed to them are respectfully requested to please advise the admin department thereof. The above initiative will have a positive effect in reducing the company’s printing and stationery costs.
It has been noted that DVD’s from the library are not being returned, and if you are in possession of one or more of these DVD’s and you have finished viewing them, please return same to the library.
Residents who pay their monthly levies by stop order are reminded to advise their respective banks to amend the monthly payments to cover the increase amounts due with effect from the 1st March 2025. In light of the recent outbreak of Norovirus and Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, the clinic staff urges all residents to adopt a strict and frequent hand-washing routine and would like to encourage all to utilize hand-sanitisers, especially when going into shopping malls and restaurants.
Residents are also reminded that maintaining good hydration is vital during our very hot summer months. In addition to water, it is extremely important that one takes enough sodium, potassium, magnesium, and glucose to maintain healthy brain and muscle function.
Herewith some tips for adequate hydration: Electrolyte solution (can be mixed in a juice) Salty crisps or a Bovril sandwich to help retain fluids Bananas for additional potassium
Once again, I would like to urge all residents to be mindful of the usage of water and electricity at Caister Lodge and refrain from using these resources unnecessarily due to the high cost thereof and try and avoid future Load Shedding and Water Restrictions.
