The Medical Services Manager, Sister Karen Breetzke, respectfully requests that residents please keep their distance during a medical emergency. Unsolicited advice can be highly detrimental to the immediate management of an emergency, especially when the advice is contradictory to that of the trained staff in charge. The Caister Medical staff are qualified and skilled in managing medical emergencies and are ultimately responsible for the patient outcome. Please do not interfere with the duties of the Medical Staff.
If you have a request for the House Committee, please ensure that you sign same before placing it in the Suggestion Box. Unsigned letters will not be placed on the agenda at the House Committee meetings.

It has been brought to my attention that some residents treat staff members with total disrespect, whether telephonically or in person. Please understand that these employees are human beings and deserve the same respect as you do.
